Sadhguru is the founder and head of the Isha Foundation, based in Coimbatore, India. The foundation, established in 1992, operates an ashram and yoga centre that carries out educational and spiritual activities. Sadhguru has been teaching yoga since 1982.

Sadhguru means “uneducated Guru.”" Sadhguru: When someone comes from their scholarship, they are referred to in different ways. If someone comes from an inner experience, they are referred to as Sadhguru.

My late husband caught him in London in 2007 and recorded this interview on my behalf.
